How do I buy something?
First things first - you need to get a code to unlock our site, so contact one of our Ambassadors - remember 'it's who you know'! If you've got a code go to the shop.
I have a problem with my code?
Fastest way is to reach out to your ambassador and get them to check the code they gave you. If it's still not working, give us a shout at hello@n-vited.co.uk
I have a problem with my purchase?
Let's get you sorted. Contact us at hello@n-vited.co.uk and give us a chance to get it right.
I want to return my purchase - how do I do that?
No problem, send your item unused and unworn with the original tags and packaging and we'll sort it out. See our Returns Policy here.

How can I become an ambassador?

Why do you only offer 3 t-shirts?
Easy tiger! We're just getting started. We want to see what everyone thinks of our designs first - then we'll start to grow the range.
What’s with the logo?
We're glad you asked. The logo is shaped like a padlock to symbolise the exclusive nature of our brand.

We really hope you love our clothing as much as we do. If something is not quite right, talk to us and give us the chance to sort it out. If we still can’t solve it, we will refund you (in full, back to your account), so long as you contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.
